Following the QI project, wait time from referral to ADHD assessment have been reduced dramatically. This is in line the goals of trust and reflects a focus on improving effectiveness and capacity across the CAMHS System. The team used the change model and Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles to create positive changes in the ADHD process.
